【獵頭職位：深圳需要一位DevelopmentManager】聯系人：Judy-Wu，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ JobRequirements： 1、Bachelor degreeor above, majoring in Computer Science or related disciplines； 2、Extensiveexperience in a Service Delivery role； 3、Provenexperiences to lead a large delivery team； 4、StrongExperience in the IT industry with a good understanding of InternetTechnologies ( at least 10 years or above)； 5、Foundationlevel understanding of Project Management； 6、Understandingof IT industry working practices / methodologies； 7、ITIL foundationcertification desirable but not essential； 8、Tenaciousproblem solver, will own issues until full resolution； 9、Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail； 10、Strong rapportand relationship building skills with both internal departments and externalcustomers； 11、Excellentnetworking skills, ability to navigate organizations and build strongrelationships with C level leaders； 12、Strongnegotiation skills； 13、Experience ofworking with public sector clients (specifically with commercial involvement)； 14、A good level ofbusiness awareness and commercial acumen； 15、Ability tocreate wow / delighter moments with customers； 16、Strongorganizational, time management and prioritization skills； 17、Able to take acreative approach to situations and problem solving. KeyAccountabilities： 1、Build strong partnershiprelationships with customers； 2、Manage supportrequests and co-ordinate IT Shenzhen/IT HK support teams to deliver withinagreed timescales； 3、Scheduledevelopment, testing and maintenance to ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed； 4、Manage customerprojects and oversee implementations for on time delivery； 5、Review servicefailures and produce incident reports when required； 6、Validate,negotiate and process service credits； 7、Produce andmaintain service improvement plans； 8、Manageresources in IT Shenzhen； 9、Ensureappropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements； 10、Organize andchair monthly/quarterly review meetings； 11、Identifyproject opportunities. - Produce ad-hoc reports when required； 12、Lead, train andmanage delivery team to reach the company KPI. Key PerformanceIndicators： 1、Strive towardsa world class target of 85% above utilization rate； 2、Ensure high Endof Ticket Ratings through world class Service Delivery Management； 3、Regular engagementwithin the portfolio, including onsite (minimum once week)； 4、Contribute toinstall base growth by identifying new business / upgrade opportunities； 5、Control creditmemos through good administrative control and negotiation on service failures. |
