Skills & Experience: 1、B.S. and above in ComputerEngineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering； 2、Experience in leading embeddedand system software development teams； 3、Experience with platformbring-up and Hardware-Software interface； 4、Excellent programming skillsand hands-on capabilities； 5、Excellent management and greathuman relationships skills. Personal Capabilities 1、Great leadership skills； 2、Highly technical, enthusiasticand energetic； 3、Creative, dynamic thinker,open minded and strong problem solving skills； 4、Methodical, accurate, strivesto excellence； 5、Fast learner of newtechnologies and standards； 6、Team player with ability towork in a collaborative environment； 7、Excellent verbal, written andinterpersonal communication skills； 8、Excellent written and spokenEnglish communication. Desirable： 1、Experience in interacting withglobal customers； 2、Experience and understandingof Linux kernel programming； 3、Experience with ARM processors； 4、Familiarity with cryptography,data security, network security (VPN, SSL, IPSec). |
