NO.375-【獵頭職位：成都需要一位 Senior Engineer Factory Automation Engineering (CIM / APC) 】聯系人：Estelle-Lv,郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位了！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Principal Accountabilities: 1.Provide Level 2 Operations Support, Ensure SystemAvailability & Performance; （1.Standby for Level 2 Operations Support for theassigned Applications and their integrations to other Applications;applications include MES, CMMS, RMS, SPC, R2R, FDC, EI and message bus; （2.Provide consultation on Application function, work with Users to fullyexploit Application capabilities; （3.Setup, monitor and analyze availability trends, propose and implementimprovement activities; （4.Perform regular data housekeeping; （5.Perform FMEA, implement monitoring, alert and recovery scripts and SOPs; （6.Develop application operation, trouble-shooting and recovery SOPs andtraining materials and train and lead CIM AE in the performance of Level 1Support tasks. Analyze issue logs andimplement continuous improvements to reduce issues. 2.Understand end user goals/priorities and domain knowledge; develop, testand document cost-effective CIM/APC Solutions to attain Quality, Cycle Time,Throughput, Equipment Utilization goals and increase User Productivity andprevent human errors; 3.Develop application functionality training materials and conducttraining for End Users; 4.Perform acceptance tests for solutions developed by peers and vendors; 5.Work on improvement projects in Solutions, Systems and Infrastructure toimprove data integrity, system robustness, availability and performance; 6.Work with IT to ensure effective backups and restore; meeting customerand audit requirements; 7.If specialization is in EI Application; （1.Work with equipment vendors to ensure compliance of wafer processingequipment to automation capabilities specifications; （2.Characterize equipment, confirm operations scenarios, develop, deployand support EI; （3.Accountable and responsible for the CIM utilization and equipmentCIM-hookup of specific assigned fab module(s); As a Senior Engineer apart from the above tasks: • Gather end user requirements,translate to functional specifications, design solutions (includingintegrations with other CIM, offline Analysis or IT Applications), obtain usersign-off • Work with IT to manage systemcapacity and tune System and Database performance; to meet future capacity rampor new business needs; to test and roll out System and Database patches • Keep track and follow up onoutstanding issues with Application Vendors; test and roll out Application patches and enhancements • Act as mentor for junior CIMEngineers. Post requirements： 1.Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronics or Communications Engineering,Mechanical or Production Engineering, Applied Science, Computer Engineering orrelated fields; 2.Engineer: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in high tech manufacturingenvironment; 3.Senior Engineer: 3 to 5 years relevant experience; 4.Good interpersonal and communication skills. 福利：14薪+獎金 上下班時間靈活 |
